▣ Abstract

Passive

localization and tracking techniques are of interest in a variety of

applications like sonar, infrared tracking, optronicor electronic warfare. The purpose of target motion analysis (TMA) is to

estimate the target dynamics such as position and velocity from noise corrupted

passive sensor data. The target dynamics is only partially observed through

noisy non linear measurements. This talk mentions about introduction to the

concept of TMA and submarine applications.
